  • Concerns like bipolar, borderline personality disorder, Complex Trauma, Dissociation, ADHD and Autism.

  • Processing trauma ranging from early childhood to recent events.

EMDR THERAPY

Short for Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing.

EMDR is used to help reprocess traumatic events with the goal of reducing triggered responses flashbacks and more.

DBT INFORMED THERAPY

I provide skills to aid in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interperonal effective ness through tools that are informed from DBT therapy.

PARTS WORK
THERAPY

I utilise parts work as a precursor for EMDR for those who experience dissociation. It is a way in which we get permission from the nervous system to do deeper trauma work.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

I take an approach to supervision that meets supervisees where they are at in their learning process and readiness for growth. I utilize DBT principles and hierarchies to inform my supervisory work.

CLINICAL CONSULTATION

I provide 1 to 1 consulting services to therapists looking for additional support and guidance in areas including suicide prevention, intimate partner violence, trauma and dissociation.

At Heal With Me Psychology, we work in downtown Calgary on the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot Confederacy), Îyârhe Nakoda (Stoney Nakoda Nations), Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, within Treaty 7. Because our services extend across Alberta, we also acknowledge the lands of the Treaty 6, 7, and 8 Nations, including the many Cree, Dene, Nakota Sioux, Saulteaux, Beaver, Chipewyan, and Métis communities.

We are deeply grateful to the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for these lands for generations and continue to do so today. We recognize the lasting harms of colonization, including the traumatic impacts of residential schools, the Sixties Scoop, and ongoing disparities in healthcare that have taken place on these lands.
