Alexis Haws, R.Psych​
She/Her
Psychologist / Owner / Supervisor
Primary Focus: trauma and emotional regulation challenges
Clientele: teens and adults who may experience trauma(PTSD), bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD or Autism.
Therapies Provided: EMDR, Parts Work, DBT Informed ​
Clinical Training: EMDR Basic Training, DBT Fundamentals, Robin Shapiro's Easy Ego State Interventions
Education: B.Sc.H. Psychology and Master's in Counselling Psychology
Previous Work Experience: crisis work, suicide prevention, domestic violence, corrections, housing, and harm reduction
My Communities: neurodivergent (AuDHD), 2SLGBTQIAP+
Hobbies: yoga, music festivals, LEGO, Nintendo, camping and crafts

Noor Hadad
She/Her
Psychology Intern
Primary Focus: Emotional regulation, neurodivergence, & cultural support
Clientele: Teens and adults who need support with neurodivergence (ADHD/autism), or cultural issues (e.g., colonization, immigration, etc.)
Therapies Provided: ACT, DBT
Clinical Training: Counselling practicum
Education: B.A (Honours) Psychology, currently completing an M.Sc in Counselling Psychology
Previous Work Experience: Drug education, harm reduction, community research and development, outreach
My Communities: neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+
Hobbies: Music, dancing with friends, walks by the river, nail art, thriller TV shows

Dallas Loewen

Psychology Intern
Primary Focus: Religious and spiritual trauma, identity formation & life transitions, men’s emotional health, grief and loss.
Clientele: Adults (18+) navigating faith transitions, high-control religious experiences, and men seeking deeper emotional connection and healing.
Therapies Provided: Parts Work (Internal Family Systems-informed), somatic-based interventions, Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation
Education: Bachelor of Theology, currently completing Master's of Psychotherapy and Spirituality (MPS)
Previous Work Experience: faith-based and non-profit community settings, community-focused programs; pastoral and counselling support
My Communities: Canadian, settler background with Mennonite heritage; lived experience navigating high-control evangelical religious environments and reconstructing personal spirituality
Hobbies: Spending time in nature exploring forests, rivers, and wildlife; reading and reflecting on spirituality, psychology, and mythology; journaling and writing; listening to and dancing to music; watching thought-provoking films; enjoying coffee shop mornings and walks with friends; hanging out with my cat.
