Dallas is training in Parts Work (Internal Family Systems-informed), somatic-based interventions, Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation, mindfulness and grounding practices, narrative therapy approaches, and trauma-informed care with an emphasis on embodiment and relational safety.
Book with Dallas for support with religious and spiritual trauma, anxiety, depression, complex and developmental trauma, identity formation and life transitions, men’s emotional health and wellbeing, self-worth and belonging, nervous system dysregulation, and grief and loss.

ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY (ACT)
I help you understand your relationship with your thoughts and feelings without needing to change them and provide tools to adjust your behaviors to align with them and your values.
DBT INFORMED THERAPY
I provide skills to aid in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interperonal effective ness through tools that are informed from DBT therapy.
